
I see a lot of people wearing body armor and plate carriers. The only problem is they aren't wearing them correctly, often people wear their plates too low in the front and the back making them effectively useless. the proper position for your front plate should be at the same height as your sternal notch, this is where your sternum meets your clavicle. for your rear plate, the top should rest in line with your T1 spinal vertebrae.
